Responsibilities
Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
Assisting clients in understanding their insurance policies and options.
Providing comprehensive support for claims processing and follow-up.
Maintaining accurate and updated records of client interactions and transactions.
Cross-referencing internal databases to verify information and continually provide customized advice.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
Licensing : Preferably hold an active insurance license in Michigan.
Experience : Prior experience in customer service in insurance consulting is required
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focused : Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service and support.
Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Interpersonal Skills : Ability to interact positively and effectively with clients and colleagues.
Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant technology.
