Schedule : 1st shift, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay : $18 / hr.

Responsibilities :

• Quote Preparation : Generate and send customer quotes as requested.
• Sales Order Management : Accurately create, enter, and maintain customer sales orders.
• Reporting : Prepare weekly backlog, sales order reports, and shipment updates.
• Inventory Coordination : Update inventory and request procurement quotes as needed.
• Customer Interaction : Manage PO acknowledgments, changes, and drawing requests while assisting with issue resolution.
• Document Management : Scan, file, and maintain records for sales, manufacturing, quality, and HR.
• Communication : Provide production updates and schedule online meetings as necessary.
• Departmental Support : Assist other managers with clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of office administrative / customer service experience. Proficiency in operating office equipment, including computers, voice messaging systems, and fax / scanner / copiers. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Visual ERP System. Front desk or switchboard experience is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills. Demonstrates a strong work ethic, professional appearance, and behavior.
