Logistics and / or supply chain industry experience Bilingual
1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative within a call center environment High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve issues within a timely and professional manner
