We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent customer experience. Job seekers should have a background in hydraulic basics and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Compensation :
50,000 plus bonuses + profit sharing
Responsibilities :
- Customer Communication - H andle inbound customer calls, provide clear information, resolve inquiries, and follow up on quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Order / Account Management - Process orders accurately, manage logistics and shipping and ensure timely fulfillment with minimal delays.
- Vendor and Product Knowledge - Understand products and the industry, using resources to find answers and learn beyond data entry tasks, while utilizing vendor portals (Parker Hannifin, TrulinX, PhConnect, Distranet, TOPZ) for order entry, status updates, and vendor relationship management.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration - Collaborate with production, sales, accounting, and other CSRs, and vendors to ensure smooth order processing and resolve issues.
- Training and Professional Development - Participate in ongoing product and pricing training to maintain accurate knowledge of products, company offerings, and pricing tools such as SPAs, price multipliers, and other pricing strategies.
