The Clark Team is seeking an Associate Customer Service Manager to join our team in the Commercial Real Estate industry. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from Corona. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and managing a team effectively. If you are ready to take on a challenging role in a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities :
Oversee and lead the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures
Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner
Train, mentor, and coach customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance
Monitor team performance metrics and generate reports for management review
Requirements :
Proven experience in a customer service management role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development
Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
