Rate of Pay :
This is a Part-Time Support Staff position at grade 12, with an hourly pay rate of $19.96 to $26.61 The offer will be based on education and experience, in alignment with the College's compensation philosophy and the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), if applicable.

Job Summary :
An employee in this classification performs work of moderate difficulty by providing individualized support to participating grant program students to ensure successful transition to high school, graduation from high school, and transition to their selected post-secondary opportunities. Work is distinguished by the ability to manage a caseload for specific middle and / or high schools in the ECC district 509 service area, serving low-income and first-generation students. General supervision is received by the assigned manager.
