Location: Scottsdale, AZ (hybrid/3 days in office)

Are you a customer-focused sales and retention professional? Are you ready to engage Real Estate Agents and Brokers, reinforce product value, and drive customer satisfaction through solution-based conversations? If you want to pursue your professional goals while helping grow an innovative real estate tech company, this work is for you. Join us as our newest Customer Success Manager, Retention and help change the world of real estate, one home at a time.

This is a phone-based role where you will manage approximately 50 calls per day (1020 inbound) and collaborate closely with Digital Sales Consultants, Sales Management, and other stakeholders. The position offers career growth opportunities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with flexibility to support additional projects as needed while driving overall customer success.

What you'll do:

  • Take inbound and make outbound calls to agents daily
  • Re-build value in Realtor.com solutions for agents requesting to cancel their services
  • Offer consistent communication and timely resolution for our agents
  • Resolve Retention issues on agent and broker accounts
  • Meet or exceed minimum retention goals
  • Meet or exceed a minimum outbound call requirement
  • Engage customers with the highest level of respect and integrity

What you'll bring:

  • High tolerance for engaging with dissatisfied clients
  • 3+ years of related experience, with a focus on customer retention strategies
  • Thorough knowledge of a consultative or solutions based sales process
  • Familiarity with the real-estate landscape required
  • Familiarity with advertising products and services required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Outlook required
  • Trouble-shoot and resolve customer service issues
  • Meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Multi-task and set priorities
  • Work the predesigned work schedule
  • Leverage established negotiation tactics
