Role Description
Market JD is seeking a full-time remote Digital Marketing Client Success Manager. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Market JD clients, managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, upselling and renewing client subscriptions, and addressing client concerns. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our project managers, designers, writers, coders, and videographers to deliver marketing solutions that align with the client's goals. You will be responsible for ensuring client retention, expanding client accounts, and guiding clients on using Market JD's services to meet their business objectives.
Approximately 25% of total compensation is performance-based.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing digital marketing, and account management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships, and achieving client satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including inbound marketing, SEM / PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and website analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
