We're on the lookout for an outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative! If you're passionate about travel and thrive on assisting others with planning, this remote opportunity is tailor-made for you. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a crucial role in crafting exceptional travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients worldwide. Roles & Responsibilities : Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries catering to client preferences. Review individual needs and wants to tailor trips specifically designed to meet their requirements. Participate in ongoing training to earn and maintain travel certification. Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations. Act as an ambassador for our brand and collaborate with team members. Provide suggested budgets for clients and plan trips within budget constraints. Create promotional materials for effective marketing. Stay updated on changes within the tourism industry, including travel restrictions. Promptly respond to all travel inquiries and effectively manage time when researching trips. Handle issues that may arise during bookings or travel for clients. Maintain up-to-date information within our software. Network with tour operators for potential package offerings to clients. Participate in Familiarization (FAM) trips when possible. Requirements : Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US. Fluency in English is required. Effective communication skills with a strong sales background as a plus. Smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory.
