A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist II to provide advanced support and optimize customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and triage escalated support cases from Tier 1 through various channels
Deliver a consultative support experience while gathering customer feedback for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new software and systems
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
