What does supporting this client program involve?

Responding to order status inquiries ("Where is my order?")
Assisting loyalty program customers with points, discounts, and rewards
Troubleshooting order-related issues
Helping customers with product questions and recommendations
Processing new orders and volume orders
Handling returns, replacements, and order modifications
Providing knowledgeable support about sports and outdoor activities
Delivering excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism

What it takes to succeed:

Strong interest in sports and outdoor activities
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English)
Customer service experience or a customer-focused mindset
Ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally

Additional details:

This is a seasonal, limited-engagement opportunity with flexible part-time hours, running through early January 2027
Certification is required before you can begin servicing and may include live instruction and/or self-paced work; certification courses can range from a few days to several weeks
Service Partners are charged a Platform Usage Fee of 5% of the business's invoice total each invoice cycle (excluding referral and incentive revenue)
All rates are paid to the Service Partner; agent rates are negotiated by and between the Service Partner and Agent, not Arise. Agent rates often differ from rates paid to the Service Partner
Geographic and time limitations may apply based on client program requirements
Minimum servicing requirements, including some weekend availability, and other client-imposed requirements may apply
Additional requirements or continuing certification may be required by some clients
