Job description

D Aceto Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting.

  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
