Position Highlights :
Location : Redlands, CA
Type : Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Starting Pay : $20-$26 / hour
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
What You ll Do :
Manage a high volume of incoming email correspondence, efficiently researching and resolving customer inquiries, directly impacting customer satisfaction.
Conduct thorough research to update and maintain accurate customer records.
Convert emails into cases using leading-edge platforms like Salesforce, and track resolution progress.
Assist with clerical and administrative tasks to support customer service operations.
Process sales orders in SAP to assist internal teams.
Handle simple contracts and purchase order requests related to customer accounts.
Cross-train on various responsibilities to provide backup support as needed.
Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned.
What We re Looking For :
Bachelor s degree in business or a related field.
At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
Strong analytical and research skills, capable of reviewing and processing large amounts of information.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse, inclusive team.
Proven job stability, demonstrating reliability and commitment in previous roles.
