Customer Support Specialist
We are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists for one of our businesses.
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will become an important part of our team and will be responsible for creating the best customer experience.
Main tasks in this role : Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone calls, and chats; Resolve customer issues with professionalism and friendliness; Collect customer feedback to improve our products and services; Pay attention to details when collecting information to escalate complex requests to the appropriate teams (technical support, billing, product department); Advise customers about our product capabilities to help them achieve the best results.
What is important for us : Upper Intermediate English (B1+), spoken and written : please note that this item is the first on the list, it is very important for us! Deep understanding of customer needs and a desire to help them achieve their goals; Strong empathy and the ability to effectively communicate with customers; Flexibility to work in a shift schedule (including night shifts up to 8 nights per month). Optional but not required : Experience in customer support, sales, or customer retention, or simply in customer service. Knowledge and experience working with CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or others). Ability to adapt to constructive feedback and provide such feedback.
