About the Role :
- Source and analyze real estate acquisition and disposition opportunities
- Provide tailored solutions and proposals based on client requirements
- Conduct investment analysis and prepare marketing materials including teasers, proposals, and information memorandums (IMs)
- Manage end-to-end marketing processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, and other related tasks
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and professional networks
