As a Cyber Client Manager at M3, you'll be at the forefront of our cyber insurance operations, providing expert support to our Property & Casualty Sales Team while serving as the go-to resource for cyber products and coverage solutions. This role offers an exciting blend of technical insurance expertise, client service excellence, and specialized product knowledge, making it an ideal opportunity for insurance professionals looking to specialize in the rapidly growing cyber insurance sector.
How You Will Make an Impact :
- Provide coverage expertise for current M3 clients and prospects, leading the placement of cyber business through quoting and binding processes.
- Act as an internal resource for sales and service teams, answering complex client questions on cyber applications and processes while supporting specialized coverage needs.
- Deliver exceptional client service including policy processing, coverage reviews, claims advocacy, and responding to customer service inquiries related to cyber policies and coverages.
- Collaborate with the Cyber Sales Team and underwriters on new business and renewals, ensuring proper insurance placement and meeting critical deadlines for policy expirations and appointments.
- Create client-facing educational materials and documentation in partnership with the Cyber Client Executive, including cyber dictionaries and process overviews.
- Process new and renewal policies, prepare binders and certificates of insurance, handle carrier inquiries, and manage billing and accounting functions for cyber policies.
- Support the development of new procedures to streamline workflow and efficiency within the cyber insurance specialty area.
