Requirements Analysis : Support working sessions for the inspection of source code by external customers, focusing on software assurance analysis of mission-critical functions, including Critical Program Information (CPI) and Anti-Tamper (AT) to be implemented in training systems devices.
Documentation : Develop Security Assessment Evaluation Reports (SAERs) and review Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) to document vulnerabilities, risks, and threats identified during security testing and evaluation. Apply grading scales to categorize software flaws and assess their impact on software assurance.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, systems architects, and project managers to achieve project milestones and deliverables. Provide support for penetration testing teams through monitoring and escorting.
Risk Management : Facilitate working sessions and help respond to Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) items for Application Secure Development (ASD) in order to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
Continuous Improvement : Stay informed about emerging technologies, software development practices, and industry best practices. Apply this knowledge to enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of F-35 software systems.
Compliance : Adhere to company policies, procedures, cybersecurity protocols, and regulatory requirements to ensure the integrity and security of all systems.
