Job descriptionSchedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to discuss their needs and present our cybersecurity solutions. Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and tailored proposals to prospective clients. Address client inquiries and concerns effectively, providing accurate and timely information. Negotiate terms and conditions with potential clients to close deals. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts. Work to achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the Sales Director. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and to foster long-term relationships. Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the account management or customer support team. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and new leads. Develop strategies to increase sales volume and market share. Proactively seek ways to expand the client base and increase revenue through innovative sales approaches. Track and manage all interactions with leads and clients using CRM software. Provide regular updates to the Sales Director on the status of leads and deals in the pipeline. Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness and close rates. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats. Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on client interactions and market observations. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation and support of cybersecurity solutions. Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall business performance.
