Summary:
The Wealth Management Operations Associate Intern supports the day-to-day operational functions of a fast-paced wealth management organization. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the operational backbone of an RIA, including account onboarding, data integrity, custodial coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, motivated individual interested in financial services, operations, and wealth management. The intern will work closely with the Wealth Management Operations team and gain practical experience in real-world financial operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
During the internship, you will work closely with the Wealth Management Operations teams to provide:
Operational Support
- Assist with new account setup, maintenance requests, and documentation review
- Support processing of advisor requests across custodial platforms
- Help track service requests and workflow tasks in CRM/work management systems such as Orion and Salesforce
- Learn general use and navigation of custodial platforms such as Raymond James, Schwab, and Fidelity
Data & Reporting
- Support data entry and data validation across systems
- Help monitor case queues and service timelines
Process & Project Support
- Participate in process documentation and SOP review and or updates as needed
- Assist with special projects related to operational efficiency and digital workflows
Learning Opportunities
- Exposure to custodial platforms and wealth management systems
- Understanding of RIA operations and regulatory considerations
- Insight into onboarding, billing, and account lifecycle management
- Experience working in a professional financial services environment
- Support cross-functional initiatives with compliance, billing, and, and the integrations team
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Education, Training and Experience:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or related fields.
- Part-time or full-time internship (based on availability)
