Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales Representative to join our Immunology team. This individual will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative therapies to healthcare providers within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the rare disease landscape, experience in specialty sales, and a proven track record of building meaningful customer relationships. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a passionate, mission-driven team bringing life-changing therapies to patients with high unmet needs. You'll play a critical role in shaping how we support healthcare professionals and the patients they serve.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Educate healthcare professionals on the clinical benefits and appropriate use of our immunology / rare disease product(s).
- Identify, target, and engage key stakeholders including specialists, hospitals, infusion centers, and patient advocacy groups.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Services teams to support patient access and education.
- Maintain deep knowledge of disease state, product, competitive landscape, and evolving treatment guidelines.
- Ensure all activities are conducted within compliance guidelines and company policies.
