Cyber Broker Position

The Cyber Broker serves as the primary liaison between insurers and clients. This role requires a highly organized and proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver exceptional client service. You will manage client relationships, deploy placement expertise, and help drive revenue growth within your assigned office. Responsibilities include managing a book of mid-size Cyber / E&O business, advising clients, performing policy contract reviews, and negotiating competitive terms and conditions for Cyber and E&O placements.

The Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Acts as a resource on cyber accounts; participates in client communications, conference calls, and meetings while providing technical expertise.
• Places mid-size programs in the financial lines marketplace.
• Performs policy contract reviews and negotiates competitive terms and conditions.
• Maintains organized records, manages administrative tasks, and ensures timely follow-up on all client and carrier communications.
• Contributes to business growth objectives (e.g., participates in RFP responses / presentations, attends proactive sales meetings, places new business opportunities).
• Manages a pipeline of prospects, updates financial reports accurately, and meets deadlines for senior management reporting.
• Collaborates with other LOBs to cross-sell products and services.
• Fosters relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state / local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education / professional certifications, qualifications / experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $95,000-$115,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
