A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Class Action Associate Attorney to join its Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York office. The firm represents Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, technology companies, and insurers in high-stakes litigation and class action defense matters.
This role is ideal for an experienced litigator who thrives on managing complex matters, particularly those involving cyber, privacy, and data breach class actions. The position offers a path for professional development and increased responsibility within a nationally active litigation practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Defend privacy and data breach class actions in state and federal courts nationwide, including multi-district litigation (MDL) proceedings.
- Draft and argue dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss, strike, and for summary judgment.
- Manage litigation strategy, case organization, and deadlines across multiple large-scale matters.
- Handle discovery, depositions, and expert coordination.
- Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations; draft settlement and approval filings.
