Your future duties and responsibilities :

Als absoluter Cyber Security Experte (m / f / d) berätst du unsere Kunden in der Strategie und bist aktiv an der Umsetzung und Implementierung beteiligt.

Du übernimmst die Rolle des Analytikers, des Initiators, des Begleiters und des Inspirators für unsere Kunden.

Der Blick über den Tellerrand ist dir nicht fremd.

Du übernimmst Projektverantwortung und trägst zum wesentlichen Erfolg der Projekte bei.

Du begleitest professionell, unterstützt und berätst individuell unsere Kunden bei der jeweils vorliegenden Fragestellung.

Zu deinen abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben gehören :

Mit deiner Fachexpertise beobachtest du die Markttrends (Cloud, I4.0, IoT,…), analysierst diese und kannst diese entsprechend in das Portfolio einbinden
Du übernimmst eine Schlüsselrolle in der Region als „Subject Matter Expert“
Du vernetzt dich intern sowie extern und bist in Gremien, Meetups, usw. aktiv
Du engagierst dich intern bei dem Portfolio- und Know-how Ausbau
Du förderst die Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern und agierst als Coach

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

Es ist bei uns nicht entscheidend, welches MINT Studium oder welche spezialisierte Ausbildung Du abgeschlossen hast. Vielmehr steht Deine Expertise und Leidenschaft im Vordergrund.

Wichtig ist, dass Du eine langjährige Projekt- / Linienerfahrung in der Beratung, Umsetzung und Implementierung mitbringst.

Du kannst in diesem Zusammenhang bereits auf erfolgreich umgesetzte Lösungen unterschiedlicher Komplexität zurückblicken

Dich zeichnet eine langjährige Erfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung aus

Einschlägige Methoden, Frameworks, Best Practices (ISO , BSI Grundschutz, Kritische Infrastrukturen, SDL, SAMM, CC, ISA 99, …) sind dir bekannt

Gängige Zertifizierungen, wie z. B. ISO , CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CREST Technical Security Architect oder ISO Lead Auditor kannst Du nachweisen

Du bist fähig, aktiv zuzuhören, Kundenanforderungen fundiert zu analysieren und willst dich stetig verbessern

Ein überzeugendes Auftreten, Spaß an teamorientiertem Arbeiten sowie geistige Flexibilität kennzeichnen dich

Du bist innovativ und arbeitest selbstständig sowie strukturiert
