POSITION SUMMARY :
We are seeking a dedicated Armed Security Officer to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of client property, personnel, and visitors at high-profile sites. As an Armed Security Officer, you will skillfully observe, report, and manage various security-related incidents while maintaining a professional demeanor.
In emergency situations, you will apply appropriate responses in line with established protocols, including armed intervention when necessary. Your duties will also involve controlling access to facilities, patrolling assigned areas, and preparing detailed reports on security operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Enforce security access protocols and manage visitor interactions courteously and efficiently.
- Respond to emergencies with decisive actions in accordance with defined protocols and training.
- Maintain a welcoming environment for clients and visitors, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.
- Monitor site access points and manage the flow of people and vehicles to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify unsafe conditions or security violations and act appropriately.
- Document incidents and observations to produce clear, comprehensive reports as required.
- Protect evidence and manage scenes of incidents until authorities arrive.
- Remediate any threats or hazardous situations following established emergency response procedures.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

For qualified candidates, we offer competitive hourly wages starting at $17.75, with potential increases based on location and experience. There are additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k contributions, along with paid time off based on tenure.
