Position : Genesys Configuration Specialist with HealthCare Domain Experience Needed
Duration : Long Term
Location : Jacksonville, FL (100% Remote - Work )
- Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Genesys Configuration Specialist responsible for the setup,
- configuration, and maintenance of Genesys Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a
- strong background in Genesys Cloud administration, focusing on system configuration,
- integration, and support within contact center environments.
- Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions to meet organizational
- requirements.
- Develop and configure Genesys Cloud connectors, APIs, and middleware
- solutions to enable seamless integration with other systems.
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with third-party applications, ensuring seamless
- communication and data flow.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing optimizations as needed.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Genesys Cloud-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system configurations with business
- objectives.
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and
- compliance.
- Train end-users and administrators on effective use of Genesys Cloud features.
- Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Genesys Cloud administration and
- configuration.
- Proficiency in developing and configuring Genesys Cloud connectors, APIs, and
- middleware solutions.
- Experience with system integration, including working with RESTful APIs and
- middleware.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and security principles.
- Certifications in Genesys Cloud CX or related technologies.
