Position : Data Analyst
Location : Austin Texas 78751

Required Qualifications
8 years of experience in researching gathering assembling correlating and analyzing data; developing solutions; preparing concise reports; solving complex problems; and prioritizing information effectively.
8 years of experience in transforming data into actionable insights to support business decisions including developing and presenting gap analysis reports on technology and operational efficiency to executive leadership.
8 years of experience developing or contributing to as-is and to-be data models to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
8 years of experience in data mapping identifying process improvements establishing performance benchmarks and creating frameworks for trend analysis and performance measurement.
8 years of experience analyzing data policies and procedures to assess their impact on automated systems and business functions.
8 years of experience acquiring data from diverse sources generating regular analytical reports conducting deep trend and correlation analyses and developing metadata tables and user interfaces to support clear and actionable reporting.
8 years of experience leveraging creativity and specialized reporting tools to design and develop data reports dashboards and data visualizations.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of experience using advanced and innovative reporting tools to build data reports dashboards and data visualizations.
5 years of experience developing strategic and SDLC-related project documentation including gap analyses recommendations roadmaps requirements design documents system / data flow diagrams test cases and use cases.
1 year of experience working within a State or Federal Public Sector environment.
