Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, strong analytical skills, an ability to translate requirements, and inform complex data sets to create actionable insights fueled by narrative-driven visualizations.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business challenges, identify effective solutions using data and gather requirements to inform development
• Uses statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, trends and insights.
• Monitors data quality of reports created, troubleshoots inconsistencies and identifies issues of data integrity.
• Experienced in SQL programming.
• Performs data cleansing and preparation of datasets to ensure accuracy and relevance. Ability to work requests as assigned.
• Creates visualizations (using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sisense, etc..) and performs statistical analysis. Will deliver ad-hoc, scheduled analytics and report out Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Able to effectively communicate findings in verbal and written forms.
• Contributes to data related projects. Able to perform minimal business analysis and project management tasks.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
