Position Overview: As a BCBA at our clinic, you will take the lead in designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee their implementation
• Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs and behavior therapists
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure continuity and progress
• Utilize evidence-based practices and data analysis to track client outcomes
