Data Governance Analyst

Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the St. Louis and Kansas City areas.

We are currently seeking a Data Governance Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities :

Assist in data management, governance, and data quality for master data.

Define key data elements and collaborate with IT on data build, testing, and implementation.

Curate and catalog data elements while implementing role-based data security based on business and IT requirements.

Create and maintain documentation, including data lineage and data flow diagrams.

Support data governance program strategies, roadmaps, and project plans.

Work with IT and business stakeholders to implement data governance policies and resolve data-related issues.

Design, develop, and implement data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and quality. Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Minimum of four years of relevant experience.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Experience :

Experience with Oracle Human Resources, Immuta, Alation, or Databricks.
