- Position Responsibilities :
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
- Works under minimal direction
- Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :
- 3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some position may also be rotating shifts
- Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :
- 3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience change if level 3 added
- 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and / or Boeing Production System (BPS)
- 3+ years of experience with Project Management
- 3+ years leading complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers
- 3+ years working with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives

Experienced (Level 3)
Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Senior (Level 4)
Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
