We're seeking a seasoned Inventory Planning Analyst to support the end-to-end inventory / S&OP process by integrating demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans into a single, aligned operating plan. The ideal candidate will partner cross functionally with Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to provide data driven insights and actions that will be turned into performance tracking to enable informed decision making and drive business alignment.
What You Will Own : S&OP Process Support
- Support the monthly Inventory Planning cycle, including demand, supply, inventory, and financial alignment reviews
- Prepare and consolidate input for S&OP meetings (Demand Review, Supply Review, Financial Alignment)
- Ensure plans are aligned to business objectives, capacity constraints, and financial targets (in conjunction with CFO)
