Assistant Project manager / Data Governance Analyst (EXEMPT)

What you will do :

This role will support various business projects with different tasks and will evolve around ongoing projects. The incumbent of this position will participate in projects, reviewing usability, integrity, and security of the data in enterprise systems, based on ongoing business needs. The Assistant Project Manager / Data Governance Analyst will be responsible to work with internal data standards and policies that also control data usage and coordinate assigned projects with management.

Understanding of project planning, risk management, communication, and monitoring is a key requirement for this role. The incumbent will need to be able to have excellent communication and organizational skills to manage the documentation, materials, and information to be able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners. Strong negotiation abilities are needed to be successful and to be able to handle adversity across multiple teams in a diplomatic manner. This role will require a PMP certification.

Travelling to company sponsored events with overnight stays for project related tasks is part of this position.

The position is located at our Headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid office option and will report to the Data Governance Manager.

IN MORE DETAIL, YOU WILL :

• Responsible for all things related to product item information (SME)
• Create and maintain all master data attributes in proper systems
• Handles data scrubbing
• Monitor and resolve conflicting data issues to ensure quality rules are being followed
• Provide end user support for master data related inquiries
• Provide improvement suggestions to management
• Responsible to be the Assistant Project manager for assigned projects

Responsible for all project communication throughout the entire business
