This role involves leading data collection, analysis, and reporting initiatives that drive institutional research, planning, and effectiveness. As a Research Data Analyst, you will work closely with internal teams to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that align with organizational goals and improve student success metrics. Your expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods will support curriculum evaluation, enrollment trends, student outcomes, and accreditation reporting. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about using analytics to support decision-making in higher education environments.
Accountabilities :
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to student success, enrollment, retention, curriculum, and institutional effectiveness.
- Design and manage structured research projects using statistical and analytical tools (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS).
- Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to a variety of stakeholders.
- Support planning, accreditation, and grant-related initiatives with data analysis and policy recommendations.
- Collaborate across departments to support program evaluation, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
- Develop surveys, conduct structured interviews and focus groups, and perform literature and policy reviews.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of institutional and external data systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
