Overview
How You'll Make an Impact
We're seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join the Epsilon Data Delivery Team with a focus on QA / QC duties for Epsilon's TotalSource Plus (TSP) demographic and lifestyle product. In this role, you will review TSP reports generated in each release cycle for accuracy, completeness, and consistency within a Big Data environment consisting of billions of records. You will analyze these reports to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies through research and data analysis using ETL tools such as SQL (Hadoop), Excel, and Access. Additionally, you will perform data comparisons between different TSP releases using Excel and Unix / Putty.
The Quality Control Specialist will report to the Quality Assurance Manager and will be part of a team of six, comprised of members from both the US and Epsilon India (EI). This position will primarily interact with internal clients, including upper management, the Data Development team, Product Managers, and the Source Prep teams.

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree OR 4 yrs of work experience in data analysis can be substituted.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay Range : $62,250 - $103,750
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
