Our client, a leading distribution company specializing, is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Data Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and experience with Eclipse ERP.
Position Overview :
As a Master Data Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the management of master data within the Eclipse ERP system. Your role will involve ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the organization, supporting business operations, and enhancing data quality to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Governance : Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of master data across all systems and processes.
- Data Management : Oversee the creation, maintenance, and update of master data in Eclipse ERP, including but not limited to, product data, customer information, supplier details, and inventory records.
- Data Quality : Monitor and analyze data quality, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to resolve data issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Data Integration : Coordinate with IT and other departments to manage data integration and migration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between Eclipse ERP and other systems.
- Data Analysis : Perform regular data audits and analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for data improvement and optimization.
- Process Improvement : Develop and implement data management processes and best practices to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Training and Support : Provide training and support to staff on data management practices, ensuring adherence to established data policies and procedures.
- Reporting : Generate and present data reports and dashboards to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and company policies related to data privacy and security.
