Responsibilities
- Drive the design of MEP infrastructure-reviewing drawings and proposals across all project stages.
- Partner with vendors to spec, source, and manage key systems : generators, UPS, chillers, CDUs.
- Provide deep technical guidance on facility architecture, equipment, and operational systems-anchored in industry best practices.
- Integrate power, cooling, network, and construction systems into a cohesive data center design and operational model.
- Shape operational workflows-from design specs through commissioning, pilot validation, and go-live readiness.
- Set technical direction for internal teams and external partners-ensuring alignment with standards and execution excellence.
- Manage contractors and consultants-building strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure uptime and performance of critical infrastructure-power, cooling, and networking systems.
- Own QA and risk mitigation-ensuring safety and operational compliance.
