A company is looking for a Collection Representative 2.Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers with delinquent accounts to determine reasons for overdue paymentsArrange debt repayment or establish repayment schedules based on customers' financial situationsReceive payments and post amounts to customer accounts while issuing daily reports on delinquent accountsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED2-5 years of relevant work experienceKnowledge of applicable state and federal laws regulating collection activitiesAbility to work variable schedules, including nights and weekendsExperience in handling bankruptcy programs and payment processing
