Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to perform high-speed manual key data entry and verification from incoming digital images. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating and indexing digital documents, ensuring quality control during the document conversion process, and handling various check-related tasks. Candidates must attach a typing test and provide reflective work experience on their resumes.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform high-speed manual key data entry from incoming digital images.
Validate automatically classified documents and confirm accuracy.
Verify extracted data from digital documents.
Validate the redaction applied to digital documents.
Manually index metadata from digital documents.
Perform quality control for documents converted to digital format.
Validate incoming check data and ensure it matches required details.
Reconcile check batch totals and confirm accuracy.
Ensure check amount account distribution as required by customer.

Qualifications :

Typing test required (must be attached to the application).

Previous data entry or relevant experience in similar roles.

High attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Familiarity with digital documents and check processing.

Must be able to follow strict guidelines and maintain accuracy.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
