Key Responsibilities :

Input update and maintain accurate data into computer systems and databases.

Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.

Verify data for errors inconsistencies and missing information and correct as needed.

Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files for data retrieval and archiving purposes.

Assist in data validation processes to ensure data integrity and reliability.

Generate reports and analyze data as needed to support business operations.

Collaborate with team members to address datarelated issues and facilitate datadriven decisionmaking.

Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies.

Provide support for data entryrelated tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.

Proficient in data entry and management software such as Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and database systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong communication skills to convey datarelated information clearly and effectively.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.

Familiarity with data protection policies and confidentiality practices.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
