We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized

Order Entry / Data Entry & Sales Support Specialist

to support our growing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate order processing, effective communication, and seamless coordination between customers, sales, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities :

Accurately enter customer orders and purchase orders into internal systems via email, phone, or sales documentation

Review orders for accuracy, pricing, and completeness, resolving discrepancies as needed

Process and track purchase orders, ensuring timely updates and proper documentation

Assist the sales team with administrative support, order status updates, and customer follow-ups

Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams via email and phone

Maintain organized records, files, and databases to support reporting and audits

Support general office and data entry functions as needed

Qualifications :

Previous experience in order entry, data entry, sales support, or administrative roles preferred

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and order management systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
