Summary / Objective
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Assistant to accurately manage project data, assist with project scheduling, and support administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within our construction team.
Essential Functions
- Input and update data into company databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and verify the accuracy of data entered, identifying and correcting errors as necessary.
- Assist with maintaining and organizing digital and physical project records, documents, and files.
- Support the project management and accounting teams by providing relevant data and reports.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to gather or clarify data.
- Perform routine audits of data entries to ensure completeness and consistency.
- Contribute to maintaining a well-organized, efficient office environment.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, iPads or tablets, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This is largely a sedentary role; however, this position may occasionally require the ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds of paper, files, and / or equipment. This position requires the ability to sit and / or stand for extended periods of time to enter data into multiple systems and conduct face-to-face meetings.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time non-union position. The scheduled hours are 40 to 50 hours per week Monday through Friday but may be extended as required to execute the tasks assigned.
Travel
This position does not require travel.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent and prior experience in data entry or administrative support.
