Job Description
Hype Tier is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting updating and managing data in our systems while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a desire to grow in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Enter and update data into internal databases and systems accurately
Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any inconsistencies
Maintain organized records and documentation
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy
Perform general administrative tasks related to data management
Qualifications : Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar administrative role
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel and Word
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners and printers
