Responsible for the design, development and delivery of the tools and technologies aligning to Data Governance and MDM strategy across all areas of the business. Opportunity to scale up the engagement and establish relationships with executive members. Lead career development to improve talent and capabilities.
Key Requirements / Responsibilities :
- 5-12 years of experience in MDM / Data Governance with in Pharma / Life sciences domain.
- Define, implement and communicate data quality and governance roadmap including test automation and data remediation.
- Define and execute process controls with Dev Ops team to define key Data Quality routines that need to be instrumented as well as process-level controls where needed.
- Ensuring compliance of data with regulations and identify training needs for all data users
- Design and document architecture at multiple levels (high-level in detail) and across multiple views (conceptual, logical, physical, data flow and sequence diagrams).
- Hands on to Translate business requirements into conceptual and detailed technology solutions.
- Hands on in Customer Data Governance on pharmaceutical customer data like HCP and HCO.
- Liaison with the IT and business and demonstrate data assessment and data integration for Informatica MDM.
- Validate data integration challenges, perform exception handling and partner concern.
- Handle customer data quality post integration.
- AWS hands-on expertise and programming background. Good knowledge of Big-Data frameworks and related technologies (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, NoSQL...).
- Experience in Implementation of Python, SQL.
- Strong ability to handle large volumes of patient data like EMR, Claims data, APLD independently.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $130,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
