Location : Houston, TX (in-office for 2025; hybrid 2-3 days in-office likely afterward)
Salary : Up to $155K base + 15% bonus, depending on experience
Type : Direct hire

Role Overview
The Data Governance Manager will be responsible for data migration, governance, strategy, and cleansing. They will lead the implementation of a governance framework, ensuring clean and consistent data across the organization, including managing SAP Master Data Governance and ERP archiving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and implement data governance policies and maintain data quality.
- Consolidate and harmonize data from multiple ERPs.
- Lead data migration and cleansing efforts while ensuring adherence to governance policies.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data owners, and migration teams to align efforts.
- Drive enterprise data strategy, archive consolidation, and retention.
- Communicate challenges and mitigate risks to stakeholders.
