Justification
The Data Governance leader role is critical to the success of our data-driven initiatives. As client continues to expand its data capabilities, the complexity and scale of our data environments have increased. A Data Governance lead will ensure that we can bring in more rigor, process standards and monitoring into some of our critical decision-making using data and align with the organizations strategic goals. This role will lead the data governance initiatives for enterprise systems and analytical data sets supporting our current and future business needs.

Requirements
Education & Experience :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the semiconductor or technology industry.
