A company is looking for a Senior Data Manager responsible for overseeing data management activities for research studies.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with teams to design and implement clinical data collection studies in an electronic data capture (EDC) systemCreates and reviews study-specific Case Report Forms (CRFs) and manages data collection and validation at clinical sitesMentors staff on clinical data management processes and manages performance and employee relations issuesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in public health, clinical, science, technical, or related discipline, or equivalent experienceAt least 6 years of progressive data management experience, or 4 years with a Master's degreeExperience with NIDA and knowledge of GCP and regulatory guidelinesExperience in pharmaceutical industry or contract research organization preferredFamiliarity with clinical electronic data capture (EDC) systems and Microsoft Office suite is essential
