JUNIOR TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - CLIENT DELIVERY

SALARY : $85K - $K BASE FLEX, 30% INCENTIVE ($K - $K PACKAGE)

LOCATION : NAPERVILLE, IL

4 DAYS IN OFFICE (1 day remote) MOSTLY DAY TRAVEL AND SOME OVERNIGHT, MUST BE FLEXIBLE

Would like the person to have been technical at one time earlier in their career now mostly program management and client facing engagement projects. You will be accountable for delivery. Looking for up and comers who can present will to clients. You will be managing data projects, data engineering, data warehousing, Business Intelligence reporting etc. Must have experience with contract financials budgets

• Experienced Sr Project Manager in the Data space. (3+ years' experience).
• Has solid experience managing Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence Reporting Projects.
• Has experience running Scrum, Project Management, Program Management, Project Execution, Project Management Skills, Project Planning. Has experience with Agile Methodology.
• Is self-motivated and good communicator (written & verbal). Is Pro-active and can work with very less oversight.
• Has experience managing challenging Project scenarios.
• Has experience with Client Communication, and building good transparent client relationship.
• Experience with Life Insurance industry will be good to have.
• Experience owning a particular program, engagement and project / s and was accountable for delivery and should act accordingly.
• Should have experience understanding the critical players within the client space and respond accordingly.
• Has experience to constantly determine team capacity and utilization.
• Has experience in risk identification and mitigation.
• Has a mentality of a Jr Account Manager to identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell, and farming.
• Has experience dealing with Contract, Financials etc.
