Position Summary :
The Department of Data Science at New Jersey Institute of Technology(NJIT) invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions starting inFall 2025, with an emphasis on Applied Machine Learning / Data Science withspecific interests in applications to health informatics, medical informatics,or educational data mining. Exceptional candidates in other areas will alsobe considered.
Essential Functions :
- Facultyare expected to teach graduate and undergraduate courses for the Data ScienceDepartment.
- Conduct research, participate in scholarly activities such as publishingpapers, presenting work at conferences, and obtaining funding; advise andsupport graduate, undergraduate and postdoctoral students.
