Job Title : ServiceNow Data Analyst Location : Raleigh, NCDuration : Contract Job description : We are seeking a ServiceNow Data Analyst / Business Analyst to analyze IT service management (ITSM) data, optimize ServiceNow processes, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow, business process analysis, and data visualization. Key Responsibilities : Business Analysis & ServiceNow Optimization : Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management Work with ServiceNow developers to implement and optimize workflows, automation, and integrations. Support system implementations, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-deployment analysis. Ensure ServiceNow configurations align with business needs and ITIL best practices. Data Analysis & Reporting : Extract, clean, and analyze data from ServiceNow and other ITSM / CMDB sources. Develop dashboards and reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Identify trends, KPIs, and insights to enhance IT service delivery and operational efficiency. Automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy within ServiceNow. Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize workflows and reduce service resolution times.
