Job Responsibilities :
Conduct account audit / investigation and generate financial statements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including timesheets, wage deductions, and employee information.
Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Establish revenue reporting, inventory and bank reconciliations
Fixed asset and deprecation accounting
Coordinate and complete property tax accounting and payment
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance
5+ Years of accounting experience
2+ years of accounting manager experience
Month end close and preparing financial statements
Proficient with Microsoft Office, (Excel) and accounting software's (ADP Payroll) a plus
Experience :
Strong knowledge of accounting theory and practices
